Learning Outcomes and Application This unit of competency describes the skills and knowledge required to source materials and resources to produce designs of textiles, clothing and footwear (TCF) items and accessories. It applies to locating and comparing required products and services from local and international suppliers and contractors, applying ethical sourcing requirements.The unit applies to small to large scale workplaces in the TCF industry, and may involve individual and team activities.No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this unit at the time of publication.
